Job Title: Data Analyst -Associate / Sr. Associate

Location: Base - Trichy (Operations Office)

Experience Level: 1-3 years

About the Role: The Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. This role helps identify trends, measure performance, and drive business improvements through data-driven analysis.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable business insights.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver relevant analysis.

• Maintain and optimize data systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across sources.

• Proficiency in SQL and below analytical tools with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet Skills (MUST)

• Statistics Knowledge

• Power BI Visualisation

• Strong DAX Knowledge

• Python

• Libraries like Pandas, Numpy and other libraries.

• SQL

• Strong Communication Skills (English/Hindi/Tamil)

Preferred:

Educational background in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science/Data Science

Freshers with 8+ CGPA / good score in Bachelors or candidates with 5+ years in data analytics with hands on proficiency and experience in Excel/Python/DAX/SQL are preferred.

Microsoft Power BI Certifications is an added advantage.
