Data Analyst (USA Healthcare System) - Technical Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leveraging your strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Sigma to analyze and present complex healthcare data effectively. Your role will involve utilizing Snowflake and DBT for managing and analyzing large datasets within the healthcare domain. Additionally, you will need a basic knowledge of Python for data analysis tasks, including data manipulation and automation of routine tasks. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in identifying trends and patterns in healthcare data. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, and the Director of DI (Provider) to define and prioritize data strategies driving impactful product development in the US Healthcare Providers domain. - Act as a data liaison, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and integrating diverse data sources into product workflows. - Conduct in-depth analyses of provider data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights influencing business strategies. - Lead comprehensive data quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of provider data. - Support provider demographic services, network solutions, and credentialing services by leveraging data from existing Datawarehouse and MDM data stores. - Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure data compliance and security, incorporating data from identified sources. - Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures, including data from relevant sources. - Mentor junior analysts and offer guidance on best practices in data analysis, governance, and visualization. - Stay updated with industry trends in data analysis, provider data management, and healthcare fintech to identify new data sets for better outcomes. Qualification Required: - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools - Proficiency with Snowflake and DBT for managing and analyzing large datasets in the healthcare domain - Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis tasks - Experience with Datawarehouse and MDM systems, especially in managing provider data - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations in the healthcare industry - Knowledge of third-party data systems for provider data management - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
