Customize Learning Paths: Understand the students current level and design sessions that simplify complex topics using real-life examples and hands-on practice. Create Engaging Learning Material: Work with our content team and SMEs to develop practical assignments, mini-projects, and assessments that help students truly learn by doing. Mentor Students: Provide regular support and 1-on-1 coaching to guide students in applying their skills on real datasets, solving problems, and preparing for placements. Desired Candidate Profile Advanced proficiency in Excel (HLOOKUP/VLOOKUP). Visualization Expertise: Experience using at least one of Power BI or Tableau to create meaningful dashboards. Teaching Mindset: You enjoy breaking down tough concepts, are patient with beginners, and care about student outcomes.
