Data Analyst- Senior

Role Overview: As an Analyst at FedEx, you will work with global sales stakeholders on the analysis of pricing strategy and other ad-hoc analysis for strategic customers. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing requirements, analyze large data sets to draw insights from historical data, provide recommendations, and create visibility for effective decision-making. Additionally, you will offer recommendations to management on process improvement opportunities and work with the team to enhance processes and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement advanced processes and analytics related to various data sets for data/text mining, analysis, and prediction to facilitate informed business decisions. - Utilize highly technical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and analytics processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. - For the Data Analyst Senior role, a minimum of 4 years of experience is required. For the Data Analyst role, a minimum of 2 years of experience is needed. For the Data Analyst Associate role, 0-2 years of experience is acceptable. - Experience with ETL in platforms such as SAS, AbInitio, or Python. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata. - Exposure to Power BI and VBA Macros. - Knowledge of Azure Databricks is a plus.
