Title: Data Analyst

Night Shift: 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM

Location: Coimbatore

Role & responsibilities

• Monthly reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly reports of KPIs related to sales, inventory, budgets, and other relevant metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc analytics requests from stakeholders across various business areas, providing data driven insights to support decision making.
• Data Modeling: Develop, maintain, and enhance data analysis models to provide insights into business performance.
• Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments (Product Management, Finance, Project Management, etc.) to gather data, understand business requirements, and ensure the accuracy of

analyses.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills through Teams messages and

video calls and Outlook emails.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize

multiple tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and complex formulas)
• Experience with Power BI
• Very proficient at Excel
• Beyond basic formulas must be able to nest formulas together
• Utilize their knowledge of Excel to automate workbooks and improve processes
• Pivot tables, graphs, tables, advance formulas, data validation, trace dependents/precedents,

calculation options, text to columns

• Conditional formatting, freeze panes, group/subgroup, comments/notes
• General knowledge and basic proficiency at Power BI
• Ability to write DAX formulas
• Update or create new visuals
• Export information from visuals
• Add additional data sources to a data model
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite
• Ability to learn SAP S4 (only for report pulling) and Smartsheet
