Eligibility Criteria

Expertise:

Power Platform (
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
)
Database/Data Warehouse (
Azure Synapse, SQL Server, SAP HANA
)
Data Analysis, Profiling, Visualization

Education:

Bachelors:
Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science
Masters:
Business Analytics (with Computer Science background)

Primary Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Lead POCs, create innovative solutions, and perform exploratory/targeted data analysis.
Manage and support existing applications, ensuring timely implementation of best practices.
Analyze results, generate actionable insights, and present findings for decision-making.
Develop dashboards, adapt to changing requirements, and implement best-known methods.
Perform data mining to provide actionable insights for evolving business needs.
Migrate data to standardized platforms (
Power BI
) and build data models for process improvement.
Own technical implementation and documentation of datasets.
Provide project updates, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements in process, product quality, and performance.
Deliver post-implementation support and ensure sustainable project benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate, consistent, and timely data.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of
SDLC
, translating business requirements into technical solutions with focus on quality, usability, security, and scalability.
Expertise in
Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience with
JavaScript
,
Power Fx
, plugins, custom apps, canvas/model-driven apps, page development, web API creation, data/cloud flow,
Dataverse
.
Advanced
Power BI
dashboard/report development.
Knowledge of
SAP systems
(SAP ECC T-Codes & Navigation).
Database development and troubleshooting (
SQL Server, SAP HANA, Azure Synapse
).
Requirements gathering and converting business needs into technical specs.
Understanding of business processes with experience in
Manufacturing/Inventory Management
.
Root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills

Agile/SCRUM development experience.
Understanding of enterprise server architecture and cloud platforms.
