Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.

Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.

Assist in building automated reporting systems and workflows.

Present findings in a clear and understandable manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis.

Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Power Query).

Experience with SQL for querying and managing datasets.

Practical exposure to BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.

Good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and data validation techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.

Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Understanding of business KPIs and domain-specific analytics.
