Role Overview: Open Secret is seeking a passionate individual to join their team as a Data Analyst. As part of a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights to the business through data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing KPIs, creating dashboards, and offering recommendations based on data analysis. Your role will involve supporting the build-out of performance reporting dashboards, conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis, and communicating insights to various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop KPIs, create dashboards, and provide analysis, insights, and recommendations for areas of expertise. - Analyze and evaluate data to transform insights into business recommendations and communicate them to different audiences. - Support the construction of performance reporting dashboards that can scale with the business. - Compile and analyze data related to business issues, bringing clarity to KPIs, performance drivers, and competitive trends. - Develop clear visualizations to convey complex data in a straightforward manner. Qualifications Required: - Problem-solving skills, comfortable working in an unstructured environment to solve complex issues with limited data. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across the organization. - Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and disciplined in data analysis and interpretation. - Flexibility to manage changing priorities and diverse subject matter, delivering high-quality output under pressure. - Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, with strong visualization and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to take initiative, manage deadlines, and provide business-focused recommendations.
