Data Analyst - Investment Banking

Job Responsibilities:

Review transactions flowing from external sources such as Cap IQ, SDC, Dealogic, FactSet etc.

Create companies transacting in market and maintain data relating clients.

Ensure accuracy of company details, region, industry classification and team information.

Work with Global CFO s and Business Unit Managers & Leaders to have updated details.

Investigate, validate and update ownership structure both Strategic and Sponsor per market updates from vendor sources (CapIQ, Dealogic, LCD, Merger Market, FactSet etc.)

Updating public and private financials for companies associated with priced deals.

Using MSA Data to create tableau Dashboards for Data accuracy and strategy development.

Understand what the CFOs requirements are from a management reporting perspective and assist with respect to League Tables, Lost Business, Coverage and other aspects of divisional and regional reporting.

Location: Bangalore

Mode: 5 days from office (Transportation will be provided)

Basic Qualifications:

1 - 2 years of relevant experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products

Ability to multi-task and work with numerous teams

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy

Basic Knowledge of Tableau Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of Global Banking & Markets Division specific market updates

Good business judgment and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight
