About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a passion for working with data, and the ability to translate data insights into meaningful business decisions. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects and improve reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and identify trends or patterns.
• Support the development and optimization of data pipelines.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to understand data requirements.
• Document data processes and maintain analysis logs for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Python is mandatory for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.
• Knowledge of basic coding concepts (loops, conditionals, functions, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or any basic data-handling tools.
• Understanding of SQL is a plus (not mandatory).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Knowledge of statistical techniques or machine learning basics.
