Data Analyst – Healthcare Domain

Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling & Integration

• Collaborate with Data Modelers to develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with IBM UDMH.
• Create detailed source-to-target mappings and data lineage documentation.
• Extend and customize IBM UDMH models to meet organizational requirements.

Data Analysis & Profiling

• Perform data profiling across systems like Epic, Cerner, Athena, and Oracle FDI.
• Assess data granularity, quality, and volume to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies affecting reporting and analytics.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define subject-area models.
• Ensure adherence to data modeling standards and governance frameworks.
• Document metadata and maintain data dictionaries.

Tools & Technical Skills

• Hands-on with ER/Studio, ERwin, or PowerDesigner.
• Strong in SQL, Python, and Unix for ETL and data transformation.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in the Healthcare domain.
• In-depth knowledge of EHR/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athena.
• Experience with IBM UDMH or similar healthcare data models.
• Proven expertise in data profiling, mapping, and lineage documentation.
• Strong SQL, Python, and Unix skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
