Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Data Analytics Solutions : Design and apply analytics methodologies to assist in problem-solving, forecasting, and predictive modeling. Data Extraction and Structuring : Extract, structure, and manage data using specialized tools to analyze business-defined opportunities and challenges. Data Analysis and Reporting : Conduct in-depth data analysis, deriving insights and actionable recommendations to guide business strategy through Power BI solutions. Report Development : Adapt standard and summary reports for executive presentations, delivering key insights that influence business strategy. End-to-End Analytics Assignment Ownership : Manage analytics assignments from initial data exploration to final value extraction for the business. Data Expertise and Integration : Develop an in-depth understanding of data sources, simplify complex data structures, and integrate data knowledge with product insights to support informed decision-making. Continuous Improvement Proposals : Recommend improvements at both local and global levels based on data insights and analysis. Microsoft Power Platform Solutions : Create effective solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Support Analytics Strategy : Contribute to the strategic roadmap for analytics methodologies, tools, and platforms to tackle complex data mining and optimization challenges. Purchasing and Data Structure Enhancement : Innovate data structures to support purchasing functions, continuously seeking ways to enhance existing systems. Competencies & Experience Educational Background : Degree in Engineering or related field, with 4-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, ideally within the automotive industry. Industry Expertise : Prior experience in automotive data analytics, especially in purchasing and supply chain domains, is advantageous. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Proficient in SQL, Oracle, Python, and DAX for database management and analysis. Advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of statistical methods (e.g., distribution, regression, classification, statistical tests). Skilled in visualization tools, especially Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to approach business problems technically, finding innovative solutions. Innovative and Creative Thinking : Demonstrates the ability to rethink traditional approaches and apply new methods, designs, and technologies. Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile work environments is preferred. Effective Collaboration and Communication : Proven ability to collaborate effectively and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Adaptability : Comfortable working in dynamic environments where processes may not be fully defined from the start.
