Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Create various business critical reports for Retail, Web, Wholesale, KAM Sales.
  • Maintain Historical data of sales.
  • Maintain & Update Account Master as and when required.
  • Maintain Account Classification Report.
  • Create dashboard.
  • Track & update reports for Sales to show progress against budget/target numbers.
  • Support Salesforce on the sales reporting system.
  • Maintain and populate data of various KPI track sheet points
  • Populate hourly sales and profit reports
  • Maintain a track of All New Account opening request, for sales manager to review
  • Assist in organizing and collating all necessary information items for sales department on assigned communities.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
  • Track changeovers, stocklifts.
  • To collect the data and carry out Profitability Trend analysis of the distribution business.
  • To identify and highlight the profit & loss causing factors, in support of business function.
  • Collecting, analysing, evaluating and accounting program information in order to increase productivity of sales.
  • To collect the data team wise and identify the gaps where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements to senior management.
  • Assist in backlog management.
  • To monitor, track & identify the issues raised due to stock levels impacting sales.
  • To identify the accurate information on Drop accounts and impact on new accounts.
  • Must be professional, multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with complete personal and professional integrity.
  • Identify non-customers on routes, track new customers in application.
  • Track new customers spending when they start spending.
  • Track customers spending less than the 40% potential.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be proficient in

    Advance Excel

    (

    Pivot table, Look-ups, Graph, VBA, Macros, Indexing, Condition,. Etc

    ,)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Pharmaceutical knowledge would be desirable although not essential.
  • Proven commercial capability.
  • Delivering results and managing internal stakeholder.
  • Competent in MS office.
