As we expand, we are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• SQL & Data Extraction

  o Write efficient queries for joins, aggregations, and optimization. o Extract and transform data from multiple sources for analysis.

• Data Analysis & Visualization

  o Work with Excel/Google Sheets for pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros. o Use Python/R (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) for analysis and visualization. o Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.

• ETL & Big Data

  o Manage ETL processes for structured and unstructured data. o Work with big data tools like Hadoop and Spark (as needed). o Develop and maintain APIs & web scraping pipelines for data collection.

• Data Quality & Preparation

  o Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure accuracy. o Monitor and improve data workflows.

• Statistical & Predictive Analysis

  o Apply methods such as correlation, regression, and standard deviation. o Execute A/B testing and assess statistical significance. o Implement predictive analytics and basic machine learning models when required.

• Business Insights & Collaboration

  o Provide actionable insights by analyzing trends and metrics. o Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to support strategic goals. o Present findings through compelling data storytelling and business reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL, Python/R, and Excel/Google Sheets. • Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase. • Proficiency with ETL tools and processes. • Solid understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and data modeling. • Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop/Spark (preferred but not mandatory). • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial, fintech, or e-commerce data.
  • Exposure to predictive modeling and machine learning. • Ability to design scalable data pipelines and automate workflows.
