Your role:
nalyzes complex datasets from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making aligns with business objectives and compliance standards, working under general supervision. Creates detailed and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate data insights and trends to stakeholders, enhancing their understanding of business performance. Develops and maintains robust databases and data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility, while implementing best practices for data governance and security within a limited level of autonomy. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support that drives strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR or HIPAA) and company policies when processing sensitive or Protected Health Information (PHI), safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality. Conducts thorough data validation and verification processes, employing statistical methods and quality assurance techniques to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of reported data. Prepares comprehensive documentation of data analysis methodologies, processes, and findings, facilitating transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing within the team and organization. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to management, supporting continuous improvement and strategic planning efforts. Supports data request and query resolution for internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet compliance and regulatory standards. Implements process improvements in data collection, processing, and analysis, leveraging automation and advanced analytics techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 1. Experience.- 1-2 years of experience in Python/R/SQL coding

Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent. 4. Anything else- Good in coding and communication skills.
