Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities

GenAI Analytics & Auditing

• Design and maintain GenAI auditing frameworks covering model accuracy, hallucinations, fallbacks, and escalation paths
• Track AI agent performance across lead qualification, CP engagement, and sales workflows
• Build explainable metrics for AI trust, transparency, and compliance

Dashboards & Reporting

• Own Power BI dashboards for:
• AI quality and performance metrics
• Usage, adoption, and engagement trends
• Business impact indicators (conversion, site visits, revenue signals)
• Create leadership-ready dashboards and recurring insight reports

Data Engineering & Analysis

• Work with structured and semi-structured data from PostgreSQL, data warehouses, and AI logs
• Build efficient SQL and Python pipelines for large-scale analytics
• Enable near real-time reporting where required

Product & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with AI engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Translate ambiguous product and AI questions into measurable KPIs
• Support experimentation, A/B testing, and feature rollouts using data

Preferred Candidate :-

• 6-10 years of experience in Data Analytics / BI / Data Science - Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization) - Excellent command of SQL
• Working knowledge of Python - Experience working with large, complex datasets - Strong stakeholder communication skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to GenAI / LLM systems or AI model evaluation - Experience with audit, compliance, or quality measurement frameworks - Background in product or experimentation analytics
