Allianz is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to produce clear, actionable reports. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, an understanding of data management processes, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining several reports at global level, ensuring that data is collected in a timely manner with high quality standards. You will be and providing ongoing support to various internal stakeholders on data and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management:
  • Collect, organize, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across different platforms and tools.
  • Assist in the development and automation of data pipelines to streamline the reporting process.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and visually engaging reports that meet stakeholder requirements.
Data Visualization:
  • Support in the creation of intuitive and interactive data visualizations reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to interpret business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization in reporting, data collection, and visualization workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and collaborating with different business units.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage.
