Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer service. Oversee sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and optimize supply chain logistics. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for profit improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in retail or e-commerce industry with a focus on P&L management. Strong understanding of ecommerce development principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights into actionable recommendations.
