Dairy Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager in the Dairy Industry, you will play a crucial role in expanding the distributor and retail network of HUMMA Dairy & Agro Ventures in Bhubaneswar & Cuttack. Your responsibilities will include: - Onboarding new distributors and retailers in the assigned territory. - Managing and motivating the daily sales team to achieve targets. - Ensuring daily market visits, sampling, and brand visibility. - Maintaining strong relationships with partners and monitoring their performance. - Providing regular reports to the management with sales data and insights. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in the Dairy/FMCG industry. - Strong knowledge of the local market in Bhubaneswar/Cuttack. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to effectively manage field operations and distributor relations. - Candidates without Dairy Industry experience will not be considered.
