About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Dairy Production Executive to manage end-to-end dairy production operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high production efficiency, strict quality compliance, food safety, and smooth plant operations as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dairy production operations including milk reception, processing, and packaging.
• Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet business targets.
• Monitor yields, losses, wastage, and production efficiency.
• Maintain complete production documentation and batch records.
• Supervise shop-floor manpower, shifts, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure proper CIP, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related discipline
Experience: 2–5 years in dairy manufacturing / dairy plant operations
Working knowledge of Pasteurization, Ghee, Curd, Paneer, Butter & Milk products
Exposure to regulatory audits and quality documentation.
