DA Sr Analyst

You will be responsible for auditing the disbursement invoices (port invoices) presented by the agents with business intent under agreed guidelines and SOP. Your key responsibilities will include: - Checking the individual invoices presented by the agents to ensure they align with the port tariff/preferential tariff agreements - Conducting checks as per tariffs, agreements, and CSI to make the disbursement audit function a value-generating process - Providing summary remarks to operators highlighting key points - Achieving cost savings on behalf of the client - Raising queries, following up timely, and closing DA upon receiving replies - Communicating via phone calls and emails with agents, principals, and internally as required - Learning new skill sets on the job, taking responsibility to enhance knowledge, staying updated on activities, and managing work in the absence of team leaders In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under tight deadlines - Analytical and problem-solving mindset,
