Sr Analyst Tables Team

As an experienced candidate with 6 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Uploading Port Tariff & configuring various agency/vendor contracts and agreements to prompt and enable checks during the disbursement process. - Creating and updating a master database on country, port, ship manager, owner, vessel, cost head, cost items, etc., to populate appropriately on the DIABOS application. - Creating User profiles for Operators/DIABOS. - Mapping Vendors, Agents, Vessels, Ports along with client set up integration. - Changing the setup in terms of new companies LH, terms, advance percentage as and when required. - Addressing queries related to cost estimates for existing clients. - Managing and dealing with the user database in terms of various operator and DIABOS users. - Ensuring Integration mapping is done as per the various VMS & ERP system requirements. - Procuring cost estimates with a turnaround time of within 24 hours to clients. - Liaising with IT to get necessary executions or database change requests. - Understanding the system impact while dealing with the amendments and configurations. - Maintaining records for audit purposes as may be required. - Seeking further clarifications as may be necessary with internal stakeholders prior to actioning any amendments or additions in the absence of clarity. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Constant communication with internal/external stakeholders. - Strong urge to learn, understand the business process and DIABOS web application to be able to execute tasks effectively and swiftly. - Analytical skills. - Detail-oriented nature. - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. - Experience in the Shipping/Logistics industry will be an added advantage. - Experience of 6-10 years in-depth experience in managing Tariff and Agreement table structures and/or PDA/FDAs and/or Agents data globally.,
