You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience. As an application developer, your primary responsibility will be to understand client requirements and translate them into application features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design creative prototypes according to specifications. Writing high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines is crucial. Before launch, you will perform unit and integration testing, along with functional and non-functional testing. Troubleshooting and debugging applications will also be part of your role. Apart from this, you will evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features. Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes is essential. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in application development, designing, and building applications. Proficiency in programming languages like ASP.Net, C#, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, J-Query, Ajax, Crystal Reports, and Oracle PL/SQL is required. Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs such as REST and RPC is a plus. Moreover, you should possess an excellent understanding of software design and programming principles. Being a team player with outstanding communication skills is crucial. Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and time-management skills are expected.
