D365 CRM/CE Techno Functional Engineer

As a D365 CRM/CE Techno functional with 5 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Experience in Customer Service Module - Strong hands-on experience in developing CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, and developing a model-driven app, Power apps & Power automate C#, custom web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Strong hands-on experience in Azure technologies like REST API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps development is desirable - Strong Experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, security management, creating solutions, Fetch XML XRM Toolbox, and data migration techniques - Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE modules - Experience in AGILE methodology and knowledge of GitHub tool Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum bachelor's degree - 5 years of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Techno functional experience - Experience participating in the requirements gathering process for IT systems - Clear and concise oral and written communication skills - Patience, ability, and passion to lead people, teams, and projects - A deep understanding of all aspects of business management and strategic evaluation - A strong work ethic and a "yes, we can" attitude Other skills that will be beneficial for this role: - Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills - Analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrate a positive customer service orientation with both internal and external clients - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement - Self-motivated and have a desire to continually learn as they go - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Flexibility to perform at levels to meet peak demands in periods of high volume and activity Please note that this is a full-time position and the job location can be in Bangalore, Chennai, or Gurgaon.,
