Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and guide technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of solutions using
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
and
Power Platform
.
Drive architectural decisions, configurations, customizations, plugins, and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Review code and ensure high-quality deliverables using best practices.
Handle deployment via
managed/unmanaged solutions
and work closely with DevOps pipelines.
Work on client-side scripting using
JavaScript/TypeScript
, REST API-based integrations, and Agile project delivery via
Azure DevOps
.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

6+ years of experience in
D365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
.
Strong technical expertise in customizations, extensions, plugin development, scripting, and 3rd party integrations.
Experience leading teams of 5+ developers and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Familiar with
CI/CD, Azure services, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent
, and
custom pages
is a plus.
Microsoft certifications
in Dynamics 365/Power Platform preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
