Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with hands-on experience in CE Apps. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CRM implementations, customizations, and integrations. This role requires the ability to work independently in a night shift environment and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Dynamics 365 CRM (CE Apps – Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Perform customization using plugins, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Provide production support and resolve technical issues within SLA.
• Work independently and manage deliverables during night shifts.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong expertise in CE Apps (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Proficiency in customization, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
