Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

Delighting the customers with exceptional customer service
Oversee the development architecture process with the engineering team
Design and build D365 (Customer Service), power platform (power automate, AI builder, Power Pages), Azure APIM based integration solutions that meet client objectives.
Experience to build existing and new products on D365, build pcf controls, custom pages, embedding canvas pages into model driven app.
Knowledge of Copilots provided by Microsoft and methodologies to build on copilot studio
Utilize your knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the customer during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.
Business and systems analysis and documentation
Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation
Application configuration and setup
Provide system training to both internal and external client
Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
Managing change control
