Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Participate in
end-to-end implementation projects
for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service modules.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, prepare functional design documents, and perform fit-gap analysis.
Configure and customize D365 CE modules to meet business requirements.
Support UAT, Go-Live, and provide post-implementation support.
Work with technical consultants to ensure smooth integration and system performance.
Document business processes, functional flows, and user training materials.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
Be available on-site in Hyderabad and open to client travel as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

4 to 5 years of total experience
, with at least
3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
.
Must have completed
at least 1 full-cycle implementation project in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service
.
Strong understanding of CRM processes like lead-to-cash, campaign management, and customer service lifecycle.
Ability to configure
case management, SLAs, queues, and routing rules
in Customer Service.
Strong analytical, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Experience with
Omnichannel for Customer Service
.
Knowledge of
Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
.
Familiarity with ERP or portal integrations.
