Role Overview:

D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements through client workshops.
Configure and customize D365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
Prepare functional design documents and support solution architecture.
Lead UAT, training sessions, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments.
Guide clients on D365 CE features and best practices.

Requirements:

3–6 years of total experience with 2.5+ years in
D365 CE Functional Consulting
.
Strong understanding of
Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
in D365 CE.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end CRM implementations.
Familiarity with
Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
