D365 CE DevOps Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to support agile development and rapid release cycles.• Manage solution packaging, versioning, and deployment across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment issues, and performance bottlenecks.• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform for environment provisioning.• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit standards across environments.• Maintain and optimize source control strategies, branching models, and artifact repositories.• Provide guidance on DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 7-14 years of overall experience in IT with at least 5+ years in DevOps roles.• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse.• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Boards.• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, YAML, and scripting for automation.• Familiarity with ALM for Power Platform, including solution management and environment strategies.• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Key Vault, Logic Apps, and Functions.• Knowledge of Git-based source control, branching strategies, and code reviews.• Exposure to monitoring tools like Application Insights, Log Analytics, or Azure Monitor.• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or Dynamics 365.• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, GDPR, SOC).
