A career in our Microsoft Dynamics team will provide the opportunity to help our clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back and MidOffice functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. We focus on contributing to PwC s value proposition of strategy led and technology enabled , by aligning our Consulting Solutions industry focus with the Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.
As part of the Microsoft ERP team youll help our clients transform their Finance, Operations and Supply Chain technology landscape. You will also help deploy and optimize the use of Microsoft Business Applications Suite across several industries, to provide enterprises with deep domain knowledge and purpose built back/mid office applications designed to meet the unique needs of the business.

Articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured, and compelling way Be result oriented, assuming responsibility for assigned work and reviewing for accuracy and quality. Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations. Participate in technical analysis and create specification document. Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines document. Track Development progress and project deliverables Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions. Perform coding, implementation, testing, debugging, modification, documentation, and application maintenance. Create Unit Test automation scripts. Understand and implement Best Practices for Designing and Coding Experience in extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF will be advantage
Good working knowledge on .Net, C#, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
4 8 Years experience as a consultant with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM preferably in a global/multicountry scenario At least 23 endtoend implementations completed in D365 CE Strong technical knowledge and functional understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM apps like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service Handson experience with Power Platform (Portals/ Power Pages, Power Apps, Automate, Power BI); Experience in developing Data Migration packages using SSIS (Kingsway soft connector) OR Scribe OR ADF OR any equivalent tool. System integrations with Dynamics 365 Online tools, techniques, and best practices. Knowledge of Logic Apps and Azure Functions will be an advantage. Good understanding of software development lifecycles (preferably Agile) , development management, release management, data migrations, cutover planning and hyper care support Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD implementation is an advantage. Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules
