Job Description

Role: D356 MS CRM Sr. Technical Consultant

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon

Hybrid 3 days WFO & 3 Days WFH

Key Responsibilities

Customize and extend
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online (Service modules)
.
Implement client-side customizations using
JavaScript
, web resources, and HTML.
Develop server-side customizations including
Plug-ins
using
C#
and
.NET assemblies
.
Create and consume
REST APIs
for system integrations.
Integrate with external systems via REST APIs (with and without middleware).
Develop and maintain
SSIS packages
for data integration and migration.
Design, develop, and maintain
SSRS reports
for CRM data analysis.
Use source control tools like
GIT
or
VSS
for code management.
Leverage
Power Automate
and
Power Apps
for automation and app development.
Work with
Microsoft Azure
services such as
Function Apps
and
Service Bus
for integration and workflow orchestration.

Mandatory Skills

MS CRM
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Service modules).
Plug-ins
Development using C# & .NET assemblies.
SSIS
Data migration, ETL, and integration.
SSRS
Report creation and customization.
Client-side customization using
JavaScript
, web resources, HTML.
REST API development and integration (with/without middleware).
Working knowledge of source control tools (GIT, VSS, etc.).
Knowledge of
Power Automate
and
Power Apps
.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Function App, Service Bus).

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security roles and privilege management.
Exposure to DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
