Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Parel for a D2C Operations Manager. The D2C Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the supply chain, and coordinate with different teams to ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities include inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. The role also involves analyzing operational processes for continuous improvement and working closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management
• Understanding of shopify, unicommerce and Shiprocket.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate various operational activities
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order management and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
