Role Description

D2C Growth Expert

l The D2C Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive direct-to-consumer sales.

l Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing projects, coordinating with sales teams, and using growth hacking techniques to achieve targets.

l The role also involves communicating findings and strategies to stakeholders and ensuring that project timelines and objectives are met.

l This role involves to build the business from scratch with focus on Revenue & Profit

Qualifications

• 4years of experience in D2C, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in wellness/FMCG/startups.
• Proven track record of scaling D2C brands or managing a high-performing e-commerce store
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, Excel.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar CRM), Hotjar, and similar tools
• Understanding of performance marketing and digital media ecosystem
• Experience in the FMCG, healthcare or wellness industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Salary: Upto 6 lakhs Per annum (CTC)
