As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that supports the United Kingdom region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and guiding the team to ensure efficient support for the United Kingdom market. - Collaborating with Assistant Manager & Above to achieve team goals and targets. - Providing mentorship and training to team members to enhance their performance. - Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to improve productivity and quality of work. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Knowledge of the United Kingdom market and customer service practices would be an advantage.
