Role Overview

Cybersecurity Intern

Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, Information Security, or Network Security

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and potential incidents.
• Assist in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing preventive measures.
• Conduct penetration testing and risk assessments under expert supervision.
• Draft and update cybersecurity policies, documentation, and compliance reports.
• Support IT teams during incident response and security investigations.
• Research emerging cyber threats, malware patterns, and attack techniques.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed

  Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields

  .
• Basic understanding of

  network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS

  , and security protocols.
• Familiarity with tools like

  Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux

  (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of

  OWASP Top 10

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
