Job Description

Job Role Overview

Title:

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture & Controls

    • Design and maintain data protection architecture.
    • Collaborate with IT and business units to define security needs.
    • Stay updated on data protection technologies.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

    • Manage Microsoft Purview and other security tools.
    • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure compliance.
    • Support legal and enterprise architecture teams.

Security Operations

    • Perform vulnerability analysis and patch management.
    • Implement monitoring systems for cybersecurity.

Incident Response

    • Lead response to cyber incidents and threats.
    • Ensure containment, mitigation, and recovery.

Risk & Compliance Assessments

    • Evaluate risks related to new technologies and third-party vendors.
    • Ensure audit readiness and policy compliance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Education

    : BS/BA in Computer Science or related field.

  • Certifications

    :

    • Required

      : COMPTIA Security+

    • Preferred

      : CISSP or equivalent

  • Experience

    : 58 years in IT security, including:
    • Data Loss Prevention
    • Insider Risk Programs
    • GRC support

  • Technical Skills

    :
    • Microsoft Purview

      (Mandate)

      & Azure
    • Identity & Access Management
    • Familiarity with frameworks: SOC2, ISO27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, GDPR
    • Auditing and documentation skills

Note: This role is for deployment model in our client and will be under GT payrol for 6 months
