Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Awareness Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, packaging, and delivery of cybersecurity training and awareness programs offered as a commercial service to external customers. Your role will involve converting deep in-house expertise across DFIR, IDAM, OT Security, and Cyber Operations into scalable, monetizable learning modules. Key Responsibilities: - Service Development: Create modular, customizable cybersecurity learning solutions for diverse audiences such as plant operators, SOC teams, and CISOs. - Program Design & Delivery: Develop blended learning formats including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, gamified simulations, and certification workshops in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and partners. - Customer Engagement: Work closely with Sales/GTM teams to design client-specific training and conduct pre-sales demos. - Partnerships & Certifications: Collaborate with OEMs, certification bodies, and academia to align content with standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001. - Metrics & Impact: Track learner outcomes, certification success, and overall business impact through dashboards and feedback mechanisms. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity training, L&D design, or consulting with a focus on enterprise or industrial clients. - Proven track record in designing and delivering external training services as part of a business offering. - Strong understanding of OT/IT security concepts and audience-specific delivery. - Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and technical storytelling. - Proficiency in using tools like Articulate, LMS platforms, simulation centers, and e-learning design suites. - Commercial mindset with the ability to define and manage L&D as a revenue stream. - Ability to handle client engagements, sales support, and end-to-end service delivery. Additional Company Details: - Exposure to companies like Schneider, Rockwell, Siemens. - Experience with end-user environments in manufacturing or critical infrastructure with involvement from cybersecurity teams. Must-Have Skills: - Strong experience (5+ years) in Operational Technology (OT) Security including domains like security solution commissioning, SI management in OT, and DPI solution deployments. - 5 years in cybersecurity training, instructional design, or consulting. - Proficiency in Articulate, LMS tools, simulations, and e-learning design. - A strong commercial mindset with the ability to define L&D as a revenue stream. Technical Skills: - IT/OT Security Architecture and Integration. - Security control deployment within plant environments. - Implementation of cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SCADA/DCS systems. - Knowledge of industrial protocols and OT security frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, etc.,
