Cyber security Trainer/Mentor

Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and passionate Cyber security Researcher & Trainer with 1–3 years of experience in penetration testing, security research, and training delivery. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in Web, Mobile, API, and Network Pen testing, along with foundational knowledge of SOC operations. This role involves a mix of technical research, penetration testing, content creation, and training for students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Research & Penetration Testing
Perform penetration testing on web apps, APIs, mobile apps, and networks.Conduct reconnaissance, vulnerability analysis, exploitation, and reporting.Develop scripts, PoCs, and automation tools for testing.

2. Training & Mentoring
Deliver interactive training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs.Prepare course materials, presentations, CTF challenges, and real-world scenarios.

3. SOC & Blue Team Exposure
Demonstrate understanding of SIEM, SOC workflows, and incident response.Create and explain SIEM dashboards, alerts, and threat detection techniques.

4. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare professional penetration testing reports with remediation guidance.Maintain detailed documentation for research, training modules, and methodologies.

Preferred Certifications
CEHCRTA / CRTPeJPT Security+BSCP(Any additional cybersecurity certifications are a plus)

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Cybersecurity (or equivalent practical experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
