Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cyber Security Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to students, professionals, or corporate clients. The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting hands-on labs, and mentoring learners to build strong practical and theoretical knowledge in cyber security.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in cyber security (online/offline)
• Teach core security concepts including network security, ethical hacking, and risk management
• Conduct hands-on labs, demonstrations, and real-world simulations
• Design, update, and maintain course curriculum, presentations, and lab materials
• Evaluate learner performance through assignments, tests, and practical assessments
• Provide mentorship, career guidance, and technical support to learners
• Stay updated with the latest cyber security threats, tools, and best practices
• Support placement assistance activities such as interview preparation and mock sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field
• Strong practical knowledge of cyber security tools and techniques
• Experience in ethical hacking, SOC, or security operations is preferred
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner

Preferred Certifications

• CEH, Security+, CISSP, CISM, OSCP (any is a plus)
