Cyberspot Academy is looking for passionate and dynamic Cybersecurity Faculty Members who can inspire, teach, and mentor future cyber professionals.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers passionate about teaching are welcome)

• Strong communication skills & engaging teaching ability

• Problem-solving mindset with real-world approach

• Knowledge in both Offensive Security (Red Teaming, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing) and Defensive Security (SOC, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, SIEM)

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Hands-on with tools & labs (Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Suricata, Splunk/ELK, OpenVAS, etc.)

• Ability to design practical labs & CTF challenges

• Passion for mentoring students and guiding careers

• Up-to-date knowledge of latest cyber threats & trends
