Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Student Counselor / Admission Executive who will play a vital role in guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and driving enrollments for Cyberspot Academy’s programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide accurate and engaging information about Cyberspot Academy’s cybersecurity courses, workshops, and career programs.
• Counsel students based on their career goals, interests, and academic background to help them select the right learning path.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, calls, and enrollments in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Proactively follow up with potential students to ensure smooth conversions and build lasting relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets while maintaining quality interactions and conversions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM or lead management tools.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated to achieve results.
• Previous experience in education counseling, telecalling, or admissions is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication).
• 0–3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or telecalling—preferably in the education or training sector.
• Knowledge or interest in cybersecurity, IT, or technology education is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
