Cyber Security Acad Ops

Role Overview: You will be responsible for academic operations, including researching the coursework, supporting faculty with content creation, onboarding mentors, handling learner queries and evaluations, and tracking feedback for live sessions to enhance engagement. Additionally, you will manage content delivery schedules and ensure efficient delivery. You will also provide sales and marketing support by conducting product-specific training and coordinating webinars and masterclass sessions. Furthermore, you will drive operational support for new cohorts, focusing on enhancing user experience through learner analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Research and deliver requisite coursework for the program - Support faculty with content creation and onboarding mentors - Handle learner queries, evaluations, and escalations - Track and implement improvements based on learner feedback for live sessions - Coordinate with stakeholders for content delivery and ensure optimum delivery - Conduct product-specific training and coordinate webinars and masterclass sessions - Drive day-to-day support for new cohorts and perform learner analytics Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity roles - Knowledge of the security industry and job market workings - Exceptional written and oral communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Analytical and forward-thinking mindset - Certifications in Security +, CEH, and Cloud Security - Moderate knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Proficiency in tools like Kali Linux, VirtualBox, Metasploit, Nessus, Wireshark, SIEM Solutions, EDR Solutions - Graduation degree in Computer Science / IT / Cybersecurity (MBA preferred) - Knowledge or experience in product management is advantageous - Familiarity with AI and security concerns in AI is a plus.,
