Role Overview: At PwC, as an Internal Audit Associate within the Risk Assurance team, you will be responsible for providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information. Your role will involve evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance and risk management processes, and supporting clients in various industries with end-to-end internal audit services. By combining your internal audit capabilities with industry expertise in areas like cyber, forensics, and compliance, you will help organizations protect value and navigate disruption to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - Report to Managers and above, working as part of a team to solve complex business issues - Develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas through feedback and reflection - Delegate tasks to provide stretch opportunities and coach others for results - Demonstrate critical thinking and bring order to unstructured problems - Extract insights from industry trends using a broad range of tools and techniques - Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance - Utilize communication skills to influence and connect with others effectively - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant from ICAI is mandatory - Professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP, or CMA is a plus - 2-4 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in a big 4 professional services firm - Experience in various industries like Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Energy industry is an asset - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong technical knowledge and ability to research and present alternatives - Background in governance, risk, and controls with experience in developing audit strategies - Project management skills and ability to lead engagements from planning to execution - Knowledge of Audit technologies and experience with Data Analytics tools is a plus - Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse perspectives - Willingness to travel and work within the Middle East and worldwide as needed,
