Job Description

Role Overview: Capgemini Invent is looking for a talented individual to join the frog Customer First Customer Transformation team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for contributing to customer and strategy domain-related projects to create unique and authentic customer experiences. Your role will involve designing CX strategies, target operating models, business process reengineering, and delivering consulting engagements across various sectors. Additionally, you will work on benchmarking CX to-be journey maps, identifying pain points, and proposing improvements for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to customer transformation projects by designing CX strategies, target operating models, and business process reengineering - Develop CX to-be journey maps, personas, communication plans, initiatives, and roadmaps - Conduct thorough assessments of clients" existing systems, processes, and customer engagement methods - Establish and track customer experience metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and CES - Analyze client data and processes to understand gaps and recommend improvements - Design and implement sales transformation solutions for B2B/B2C businesses - Work on market entry strategy development, product launch strategy, and optimizing return on sales/channel spends - Analyze clients" business and make recommendations for front-end transformation - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRM and customer engagement Qualifications Required: - Enjoy combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and agile project approaches - Ability to research and analyze industry reports, Capgemini PoV/White Papers, and industry best practices for solving client problems - Degree from a premier institution with a business, technical, or information technology orientation - In-depth understanding and experience of sales and marketing measurement, customer relationship management, customer journeys and lifecycle, loyalty and retention, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing tech stack such as Salesforce, Adobe etc - Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills - Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
