Role Overview:

As a CX Solution Architect / Lead, you will play a strategic role in defining, designing, and delivering Oracle CX Cloud solutions. You will lead client engagements, provide architectural oversight, and drive solution strategies that align business needs with Oracle s best practices. This is a high-impact role that combines leadership, functional depth, and customer-facing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end CX solution design and implementation across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud modules.

  • Define the overall CX architecture, integration approach, and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

  • Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud standards.

  • Provide thought leadership and best-practice guidance across pre-sales, delivery, and customer enablement phases.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, SCM, OIC, Analytics) for integrated enterprise solutions.

  • Review and validate technical and functional design documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Mentor and guide CX consultants and leads to build strong internal capability.

  • Stay current with Oracle CX product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 15+ years of total experience with 8+ years in Oracle CX Cloud (Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing, or Commerce).

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or CX Lead in multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.

  • Strong understanding of CX data models, integrations (OIC / REST APIs), and extension frameworks (VBCS / PCS).

  • Expertise in CX process design, Customer 360, and Lead-to-Cash flows.

  • Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience working with global delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Oracle Cloud CX certification is a strong plus.
