CX Sales Engineer

We’re Consilium Software, a customer engagement platform SaaS company that have helped over 2,000 companies in more than 120 countries connect their employees with customers (www.consiliumsoftware.com). We're growing fast, and we need a CX Sales Engineer who’s ready to take the ride with us.

Here's what you'll do:

• Design complex contact center solutions across diverse platforms.
• Partner with clients to understand their CX needs and translate them into strategic solutions.
• Deliver impactful pre-sales support, including demonstrations, RFPs and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering team to ensure seamless solution integration.
• Leverage your strong communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

If you’re:

• Having 3-5 years of experience in the contact center industry, preferably in pre-sales or solution design with strong network of contacts within the contact center industry
• A clear communicator: You can present complex information clearly and concisely in a way that makes people say "Aha!"
• A team player: You're all about designing and implementing complex contact center solutions and celebrating wins together.
• Always learning: Understanding of omnichannel contact center solutions and platforms.
