CX Architect

You will join as an Oracle CX Resource with hands-on experience in building CRM solutions by connecting Oracle CX Products. Your knowledge should cover Sales, Service, and at least 2 of the following Oracle products - Fusion CX Sales, B2B Service, OFSC, Incentive Compensation, CPQ, OIC, VBCS. Having knowledge of ERP will be an added benefit. Your role will involve building futuristic solutions using Oracle CX Products to address customer issues. You will engage with customers regularly to understand their problems and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will develop industry-specific solutions and act as a liaison between the Sales and Consulting teams. It is crucial for you to have a fair understanding of competitive products in the market, architect customer solutions, and ensure successful implementation. You should possess a good grasp of security aspects in cloud implementation and be proficient in integrating Oracle Products. Leading challenging projects in implementation and roll-out, ensuring the quality of delivery, and maximizing customer satisfaction will be key responsibilities. Your strong analytical skills will aid in identifying and resolving customer issues effectively. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and consulting advice. To excel in this role, you should have 9 to 20 years of overall experience and a degree in Computer Science. Understanding at least 2 industry verticals, extensive presentation experience, willingness to travel, excellent communication, and client-handling skills are essential. Your ability to influence, negotiate effectively, and lead projects will be crucial for success in this position.,
