Customer Technical Support

As a Customer Tech Support Representative at Scanbo, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and solutions to ensure a seamless experience with our cutting-edge medical diagnostic products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to customers through phone, email, and on-site interactions. - Addressing customer inquiries regarding product functionality and troubleshooting. - Coordinating with internal teams to promptly resolve complex technical issues. - Documenting customer queries, resolutions, and feedback systematically. - Conducting training sessions or product demonstrations for customers. - Assisting in developing and updating user manuals and FAQs. - Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to product designs or processes. - Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field. - Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioinformatics, or B.Sc. IT (Preferred). - Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory), understanding of Gujarati preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Available On-site at IT Park, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat.
