Customer Technical Solution Manager

Role Overview: As the Customer Technical Solution Manager at Bunge in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to customers in the designated regions. You will collaborate with sales managers in the commercial team and lead the technical team in India. Your role will involve traveling to meet customers alongside the commercial team to ensure the company's business objectives on product acceptance and approval are met. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customers" pain points and provide technical solutions - Maintain deep relationships with customer accounts and decision-makers - Coordinate activities with application specialists - Conduct training programs for customers in the application lab - Support the preparation of exhibitions that the company attends - Contribute to organizational talent growth and people management within the CTS team - Increase the application capability of the technical teams with special applications Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Physics, or related disciplines (preference for candidates with an MS or Ph.D.) - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the food, fats, and oils industry, particularly in confectionery - Strong background in fats and oils in the food industry - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Willingness to travel with sales managers to support customers in India, South & Mid Asia Additional Company Details: Bunge is a global leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
